All students must complete the registration process at the start of every semester to confirm their enrolment and access academic services.
Every student is required to complete registration within the first month of the semester. This is the standard registration window and carries no additional charges.
Once the normal registration deadline has passed, late registration begins. Students registering during this period are required to pay a late registration surcharge of UGX 30,000 in addition to their normal fees.
Students who register late must present their late registration payment receipt as a mandatory requirement to complete registration. Without this receipt, registration cannot be finalized.
All students are strongly advised to register within the first month of the semester to avoid the UGX 30,000 late registration fee and possible delays in accessing academic services. Register early to save time and money.
